ABDOMINAL MASSAGE AND DIAPHRAGM RELEASE : Abdominal massage is a gentle technique that can help detoxify the body, relieve bloating and constipation, improve posture and improve mood.  The health of the whole body starts in the abdomen around the navel.  We can hold so much unconscious tension in the abdomen from past or present worries, fears or frustrations.  Diaphragm Release is one aspect of abdominal massage that focuses on the upper abdomen and lower ribcage.  Releasing tension around the solar plexus can instantly reduce bloating and improve posture, breathing and digestion.  You will look slimmer and feel happier.   It is best not to eat or drink too much for 1-2 hours before abdominal massage.
